Hello, my dear friends today i"m showing my card for the Tic Tac Toe challenge. i used middle row Layers shimmer-border stamp-ballon. For the card i used distress inks, border stamp from Simon Says Stamp, text and music stamps from MFT, baloon from Wplas9.
